internet provider sprint/nextel

Today i write about my favourite internet provider sprint/nextel (not). I work some 12000 miles away from my nearly very nearly to be and internet and telephones are a very importnat tool in conversation and a healthy relationship.over the last few days and ok my wife to be does owe some money to them but instead of calling her to say can you pay some money this month on your account but no they just cut the damn thing off there and then no telling her they were going to do it damn crazy if you ask me, they should at least give some warning to the householder that they are going to disconnect you, so my wife to be calls them it took ages to get through then guess what a foreigner answered the phone and my PK didnt know what she was saying great customer relations there i may add great one sprint and nextel one for the foreign affairs office there. Then after some negotiating the phone was turned on within minutes, in the mean time the time difference btween were i work and USA is 8 hours so i said to my Pk text me if you are connected o the net so i dnt have to get early to chat as we noemally do, low and behold the cut off here out going line fantastic so i woke up at 0430 my time 2030 in USA to see no text so i call PK no answer just the answer phone machine so i left a message no call or text came so i rang the house number that rang for about five minutes only to find out the ringer wasnt switch on. so at around 6 am i tried my luck on the net no joy there so i called PK and she told me the phone was cut off and could only recieve in coming calls as she maybe over her credit limit so she couldnt contact me.Then she said i have no internet as the modem isnt workin and the technicians who for some strange reason dont work on a weekend cant get to the house until tuesday as my PK is away in Arizona monday back tuesday morning. well i wasnt happy at all was depressed and let down not by Pk but this firm who play around with peoples lifes and make them miserable. IT is a good thing that i am in USA next week but that isnt the point it cost a fortune to call and this only adds to problem. i dont blame My pk for this i put all the blame on sprint/nextel for bad customer relations and not informing her this.so i am not a great friend with this company right now and never will be.
Now that is off my chest and i needed to get it off my chest now maybe i can cheer up.
